Manchester United are lining up Palermo defender Simon Kjaer with fellow centre-back Nemanja Vidic set to leave Old Trafford.

(I rate this 3 Kermits, Palermo don’t want to sell Kjaer and this talk of Vidic leaving has just popped up out of the blue. I doubt it but it is a rumour that doesn’t seem to be going away)

United are also rumoured to be considering a move for Juventus playmaker Diego this summer.

(I rate this at 1 Kermit.We are in the market for a new playmaker and Diego has had a terrible time in Italy but I think this was made up to boost traffic. Signed for 21.5m last season the site says he is rated at 22m despite a poor season.)
