Having been told we wasted money in signing a player that was playing for Maidstone in the Isthmian League two years ago, it gives me great pleasure to see Chris Smalling shut the mouths of many of his sceptics with fine displays for United when ever called upon be it in the Carling cup, the league or Europe.
Fortunately Fabio Capello has recognised his talent and good performances but promoting him from the u21 squad to the full England squad for Wednesday’s friendly against France.
Congratulations to Chris and may the good performances continue!
This kid is pure class, iam really glad that we beat arsenal for his signature..In a couple of years the 10 million spent on him will look like a pittance..
That looks great yet i am still less than certain that I prefer it. At any rate will look far more into it and decide personally! 🙂
