It appears Kiko Macheda will be going on loan in January.

With just two sub appearances in the league, the young striker has struggled to make an impression on the first team and with United out of the Carling Cup his agent feels it is time to seek a loan away in order to get more playing time for the striker.

Macheda will be cautious though; last season his spell at Sampdoria was far from successful and he will be hoping to avoid a repeat of  his time in Italy.

Speaking to Sportal, Bia said:

“I spoke last week with (Sir Alex) Ferguson: I think that Federico will play somewhere else in January.

“He can no longer continue to be on the field for only 15 or 20 minutes, he must absolutely find more space.

“There are requests, but not from Italy. In the first week of January we will evaluate the proposals that we’ve received.

“Macheda’s departure, however, has nothing to do with the elimination from the Champions League of the United “

instead of loaning him why dont give him a chance instead of that over rated welbeck of ours.we all know danny and matter of fact, other players we’re in hot form at the beginning of the season is only because of TOM CLEVERLY so SAF pls give him a break
