Man City’s late win against Chelsea last night has lead some to believe that the title race has swung back in their favour.

Coming from a goal down, Roberto Mancini’s side took all 3 point after Nasri’s scored late on.

The goal means that the gap between them and United is now back to 1 point and whilst City have a tough run of games prior, many believe the title will be decided on April 30th when the two meet at the Etihad.

United legend Bryan Robson isn’t buying into the hype though.

The midfielder believes United remain firm favourites to lift the title and feels that only outside influences can derail United’s plans to lift a 2oth league title.

Speaking ahead of the Soccerex European Forum due to be held in Manchester next week, Robson said:

“The only detriment to United winning it could be loads of injuries.

“Even if they lose out this time, United will be a bigger threat next season.

“They will not have another one where they suffer so many big injuries because this year it has been horrendous.”

United have suffered badly with injuries, both Nemanja Vidic and Darren Fletcher are long term absentees, but have coped. The injured are slowly returning and hopefully all will be fit when it counts, the end of the title race.
