Macheda braces beats SpursKiko Macheda’s agent has confirmed that his client will not be seeking a domestic loan when he leaves the club this January.

Giovanni Bia has confirmed on various occasions that Macheda will be leaving United this January for a third time, and in recent weeks the likes of Hull and Blackpool have been touted as possible destinations.

But Bia has quickly moved to deny that the Italian will be moving to either club, instead stating Macheda is looking at offers from clubs in Germany and Spain as he told Calcio Mercato:

“Federico obviously wants to play more and Manchester United also agree he can go.”

When questioned about Blackpool and Hull, Bia replied:

“No, definitely not to either of them. We are talking to two to three Spanish and German teams, which I do not want to name, but who are very interested in the boy.”

The move will definitely be a loan though as Bia claims that Macheda is rated highly by Sir Alex:

“The loan will be only that, as Ferguson likes him a lot and does not intend to let him go.”

I really don’t understand this. The agent says the same thing every season. Ferguson loves the boy and its only a loan move. Why does Macheda want to stay? I mean he is behind RVP, Rooney, Welbeck and Hernandez. I would say in Ferguson thinking he must even be behind Angelo Henriquez.
