Rio Ferdinand just wants to regain the title

With a new contract yet to be sorted, it looks like Rio Ferdinand is exploring his options.

The 34 year old United stalwart has signed up to become another one of the faces of BT Sport, as the new channel looks to compete with Sky.

The company announced this morning that Ferdinand would be joining their already impressive team to work as an  “interviewer, programme-maker and football expert”.

This isn’t the end for Rio though as he quickly took to his Twitter to dispel any notion that this would signal the end of his football career:

Ferdinand joins the likes of Gareth Bale, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and Lawrence Dallaglio amongst others in working with BT Sport.
