David Moyes met with Sir Alex & Ryan Giggs

David Moyes has already begun work as Manchester United manager, and as he attempts to get to grips with the club who better to consult than Sir Alex and Ryan Giggs?

The Sun are reporting that the 3 met at a Chesire hotel yesterday morning and spoke for an hour and a half before each trying to slip away unnoticed, impossible considering they are 3 of the most recognisable faces in the country especially at this point in time.

Whilst the actual topic(s) of their discussion are unknown, it is likely that Wayne Rooney came up considering the precarious situation he is in at the moment.

It is thought that Moyes is open to the idea of keeping the want away striker, and speaking at Cambridge Union the incoming manager said of Rooney:

“Wayne was the last great street footballer — and he is one of the greatest players in the world right now.

“After training he would then go off and play with his mates on the street.”
