Anderson has reiterated that he wants to remain at Old Trafford, after reports this morning stated that he would leave if his position didn’t improve.
Anderson has made just 3 league appearances for United this season, finding himself well and truly out of favour at Old Trafford.
Yesterday the midfielder spoke with the MEN and whilst stating that he is happy at Old Trafford, added:
“Every player wants to play every game. I am the same . I am only 25 years old, but I cannot stay one more year and not play. I need to play.”
Whilst his insistence that he is happy at Old Trafford and willing to fight for his place seem to have been forgotten, a number of media outlets have ran with the above comment leading the Brazilian to post this message to United fans via Instagram:
