    I really enjoyed the first two articles. Carrick was so disappointing this season to the point I’d be willing to let him leave, but he was quite effective for a couple years. It’s odd to have a dip in form when you should be reaching your prime. I may see Anderson through rose coloured glasses as he really didn’t have a great year, but I’d like to give him another shot.

    Totally unrelated, but did you see Ozil today? Kudos in mentioning him a few weeks ago as he was way under the rader. Damn, not for much longer though, and this guy more than has my blessing in coming to United. Incredible and thrilling performance from him. Germany should be interesting to watch as well.

    We were tempted to do a repost of the Ozil piece as many people will have forgotten we looked at him at the end of May but alas as long as people are recognising the player’s talent we don’t mind!
