1-0 following a first half Hernandez goal. Looking a bit shaky in the second half but we’re surviving until the 81st minute.

Tuncay curls a shot past van der Sar and it look like we are doomed to have thrown away points away again. After the joys of Friday it appears the week will end on a dour note as Stoke peg us back…NOPE.

Javier Hernandez, a player so oft compared to a prime Michael Owen, pops up with a Owen-esque goal to secure the win. Results like this are the kind that seasons are built upon, we could have ended up with 1 point but took all 3 so lets build on this and get back to our brilliant best!

Friggin brilliant Chicharito! There can’t be any doubts about him. It’s not like he just showed up for the 2 goals either, but was a threat and working hard all 90+ minutes.
Disappointing to lose our lead, but at least we conceeded a real goal and not out of a stupid lapse. More importantly, we fought back and took the win like we’re expected to do.
