Well there was no camera kissing or badge biting today and rightfully so, it’s actually ridiculous that people are even questioning if that was a red or not!

Gerrard leapt in on Carrick and could have done some real damage but as Carrick isn’t one of football’s golden boys and Carrick was able to continue it is being questioned.

Nice to see him mouthing off after the challenge as well rather than checking if Carrick is OK.

    That was a shocking challenge. As soon as I saw it, I just thought, that’s it, broken leg! Everyone around me thought the exact same thing. Thank God, he is fine, Carrick did extremely well today!
