In today’s early kick off, United look to extend their lead at the top to 9 points if only for a few hours.

With the games coming thick and fast and a tie against Schalke during the week, rotation seems to be the word today as we take on Everton at Old Trafford.

Sir Alex has reshuffled the pack as Vidic and Smalling miss out mean Ferdinand partners Evans in defence whilst Evra is replaced by Fabio. Gibson and Anderson start in the middle of the park with Nani and Valencia on the wings whilst Rooney and Hernandez continue up top.

Starting XI: VDS, OShea, Ferdinand, Evans, Fabio, Valencia, Gibson, Anderson, Nani, Rooney, Hernandez

Subs: Kuszczak, Evra, Brown, Rafael, Carrick, Giggs, Owen

Evans is worth a goal to the opposition, on a good day — on a bad day he’s worth two!

Rio will walk him through the game, should be OK. Didn’t do too bad against liverpool when we paired them together.
