Ravel Morrison got his name on the scoresheet twice as United climbed to the top of the reserve north table.

Since losing their opening fixture at Underhill against Arsenal, the reserves have won 8 and drawn 1 to climb to the top of the table and tonight’s victory carried on that run as Morrison got the first two whilst Petrucci got the 3rd and Fryers the 4th.

United were firmly in control for most of the game and went in at the break wondering how they were only 1-0 up but in the second half the goals came.

Morrison added to his first following some brilliant link up play with Will Keane. Petrucci leathered one in from the edge of the box after the keeper palmed out a cross and Fryers headed in Cofie’s cross to make it 4 before Wigan pulled one back through Dicko as he powered an effort past Ben Amos.

The game also saw starts for Rafael and Darron Gibson.

Thanks to Tricia from Roy Keane’s Gum for again providing the vids for us. Be sure to check out her Roy Keane site.

I bet he is on the bench but will not see action in South Wales. The manager will provide to him as he has done previously…..See what you can potentially throw away.I just know he wont.
We have a few young stars on our hands.
Plus confirmed from the Editor of the Manchester Evening news Peter Spencer, Sir Alex will put an arm around Paul and he will stay. Thank the Lord and our marvelous boss.
