David Moyes says he is working on transfers

David Moyes has reassured Manchester United fans that they shouldn’t be worried by the club’s lack of activity in the transfer market as he is working hard behind the scenes to bring in new faces this summer.

United have been linked with a number of players this summer but as of now have signed just one, youngster Guillermo Varela from Penarol.

With both Chelsea and Man City beginning their summer spending in an attempt to close the gap on the champions, understandably there has been some anxiety amongst fans but Moyes has told fans not to worry:

‘Don’t be kidded by the lack of activity, take it from me, we are working hard behind the scenes to try and improve the squad.

‘The big thing is that Manchester United will always be in for the best players in the world.

‘We are also very interested in developing our own players and bringing in potential players for the future. We are working on that just now.’

‘We are also very interested in developing our own players and bringing in potential players for the future. We are working on that just now.’ We need midfield strengthening now not in the future.
