Mats Moller Daehli rejected the chance to return to Old Trafford in favour of a linking up with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Cardiff.
Daehli left Old Trafford in the summer, returning to Molde in search of first team football. Under Solskjaer the 18 year old earned rave reviews as well as a call up to Norway’s national team.
With Solskjaer joining Cardiff last week, the former United striker quickly moved to bring both Magnus Eikrem and Mats Daehli with him revealing, despite talks with United who attempted to exercise their buy back clause, Daehli preferred to join Cardiff with him:
“I am pleased to announce we have signed Mats from Molde, we had some competition and I’m glad to say he has chosen to come to Cardiff instead of going back to where he was before.
“He had talks with United, they had the option to bring him back as part of the deal with Molde but he has decided to come here and that shows his desire to do well here.”
A former youth team player of the year, it was felt Daehli had a bright future at Old Trafford before returning back to Norway.
Solskjaer had previously claimed that the midfielder was every bit as good as Adnan Januzaj and now he will get the chance to show off his ability in the Premier League with strugglers Cardiff.
Good news solskjaer is a true manutd fan. Let him bulid a strong team. And i said that we should loan our young player there so that they can develop themself under solskjaer direction.
I request moyes please don’t sell fabio and chicharito the rest do wat u think is good for club improvement. If chicharito not scoring then loan him so that he will be back in his goalscoring form.
Moyes should just get the signings done and all this speculation should stop about as to who is coming or who should come to Man U or who is leaving or to be sold.SAF should man up and admit that he saw this happening and opted to retire and thank you so muh for everything you left my Man U in shambles.Is it a case of I build it so I can break t as well or if I can’t no one would,go sip your wine nd let Moyes do his job!!!!!!
United played very well in swansea match. And the duo in midfield carrick,fletcher was too good. Feel good to see them back. And my new surprise duo come in form of januzaj and kagawa. The two was superb.am really impress. But they should score more goal.
Moyes now you got the great midfield duo carrick,fletcher and januzaj,kagawa,welbeck. Try to keep them for chelsea match. Please don’t make them tired that they give bad performance in chelsea match. Am counting on them becoz they will win the match again chelsea.
I see jesse lingard in sub against swansea match i pray that moyes played him becoz he will help us in midfield.

Moyes buy central defender and central midfielder quick. We really player in these position. But please buy player that deserve to played in united level otherwise it will be wasted just like fellaini. But i keep waiting on fellaini to adapted in united level.
