No problem, I didn’t know about the TalkSport thing until I read your piece
talkSPORT mentioned signing Joe Cole in the morning. The station failed to mention the story again till later in the evening so thought I’d dreamt the story as I was half asleep at the time.
What are your thoughts on the potential signing of Cole?
I would take him, a lot of people don’t really rate him but under SAF and with a consistant run of games he could get back to his best.
A player of his quality, only 28 and on a free? I can’t see a negative in signing him. He seems to enjoy playing against us and I remember him ghosting Rio then scoring in 2006.
