As manager of Manchester United reserves Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has the huge task of preparing and running the rule over our stars of tomorrow. The reserves have been in good form this season so far and one of the standout players has been Magnus Eikrem,

We as well as everyone else have been raving about the Norweigian play maker and it appears Solskjaer is a fan of his fellow country man too:

“Magnus is every manager’s dream. His progress is excellent and we want him to succeed.

“He deserves a chance with the first team soon, maybe against Wolverhampton in the league cup.”

“Eikrem could have left on loan, but there were no guaranties he would play. We thought it was better for him to train well in stead.”

We have been eagerly waiting for his first team debut to see if he can replicate the magic he shows for the reserves at a higher level and although he wasn’t selected for the Scunthorpe game it is promising to hear that he is in contention for the Wolves match on the 25th.

United fans await!

Can’t wait to see him play against Wolves! He really deserves to play more first team football.

Let’s hope he gets some 1st team experience this year and if he’s able to to disuade management from buying a player in his position.

This is one kid who really deserves a run out with the first team..For me he’s miles ahead of gibson, him and corry both deserve some sort of action in the wolves game..

Him and King are the future of United. They are great talents who will come of age pretty soon. Hopefully, Magnus will get some minutes on 25th to display a bit of what we should expect from him for the next couple of years
