Wayne Rooney started his first game for United since his whole contract nonsense and it proved to be fruitful as his 87th minute penalty sealed the points. His celebration after will be read many ways, for me it looked like relief and I like the fact he ran over to celebrate with the fans (seems like an obvious choice but this would be a completely different piece if he had just trotted back to the center circle).
