Being that it is FA Cup weekend, here is one from the archives.

In 1963 United won the FA Cup with a victory over Leicester in the final. Even the great Gordon Banks was unable to turn away Denis Law who opened the scoring on 30 minutes and two more goals from David Herd either side of a Leicester consolation effort saw United lift the trophy.

Courtesy of ColorSport, this picture shows the celebrations back in the changing room with goalscorers Law & Herd celebrating with Setters whilst Sir Bobby Charlton enjoys a cigarette following the game.

Note: Smoking won’t make you anywhere near as good as Sir Bobby so please don’t!

  1. Apparently smoking makes you style your hair in a comb-over and then it falls out.

Take note kids – smoking is bad for you!

However it does not block your chances of becoming a knight of the realm or a director of Manchester United

Smoking is good for you.Ask Dimitar Berbatov,I am sure he uses “rolly ups” pre season and tipped ones during the season.See you can be economical.
    .
Dont buy your “fags” in any knocking shop hotels.
Way to pricey!.If you are smoking, after you have done the “buisness” with some hooker, you are going “way to fast”.
