For the first time since March 2008 Sir Alex has gone with an unchanged team from Saturday’s game against Wigan as we take on Chelsea at the Bridge.

Giggs may still equal Sir Bobby’s league appearance record as he is on the bench along with Berbatov.

Starting XI: Van der Sar, O’Shea, Smalling, Vidic, Evra, Scholes, Fletcher, Carrick, Nani, Rooney, Hernandez.

Subs: Kuszczak, Brown, Berbatov, Giggs, Fabio, Rafael, Gibson.

A pretty conservative lineup but I won’t complain. I feel bad for Berba, but you’ve gotta let Chicharito start based on his last game. O’Shea has been steady on defense lately, but I’d rather have seen Rafael in light of the fact that he and Fletch on the right side isn’t the most electrifying. However, it looks like an experienced and focused side which is pretty important at Stamford Bridge.

Now for 6 hours of agony for me as I’m at work and can’t watch it until I get home.

Think JOS is in because of the size, tonight will be a fiery game Rafa may have got himself in trouble won’t be surprised to see the same on Sunday.

This will be a real test from Smalling and Hernandez good gauge of where they are.
