All eyes will be on Old Trafford today as Manchester United take on Chelsea in the Premier League.

With Chelsea 3 points behind United a win today will see them top (on goal difference) whilst United can extend their lead to 6 points with 2 games remaining so both teams go into today’s game knowing that a win will place them well on the path to the title.

Sir Alex’s decision to rest a number of stars for the midweek tie against Schalke should pay dividends as the likes of Ferdinand, Vidic, Rooney et al have all had a week’s rest and should be fresh for today’s encounter.

Starting XI: van der Sar; Fabio, Ferdinand, Vidic, O’Shea; Valencia, Carrick, Giggs, Park; Rooney; Hernandez.

Subs: Anderson, Berbatov, Smalling, Nani, Kuszczak, Scholes, Evans
