A defiant Michael Carrick has turned his nose up at people writing off Manchester United already.
Manchester United have drawn their last two games despite winning the 5 games prior but for some form like that constitutes a crisis especially with the 6-1 loss to Man City still looming large.
A lack of goals can be cited for some of the grumbles but regardless, Carrick feels it’s too early to start trying to decipher how the season will pan out,
“With United, it always seems to be the case that if you lose a game or have an indifferent match or two the roof caves in, or that is what people on the outside think.
“We have been here before. We have had bad results and bad runs, a lot worse than the one we are on at the minute.
“Experience tells us to be patient. People can write us off if they want but hopefully we will be there at the end of the season.”
