Following Man City’s 1-0 victory at the Etihad on Monday, Roberto Mancini’s team are firmly in the driving seat, whether he would like to admit it or not.
It is unlikely that United will overcome Man City’s 8 goal advantage in terms of goal difference, but City face a tough trip to St James Park tomorrow and with Newcastle in decent form and looking a tough side to tame, United could very well capitalise on any slip up.
So as long as a possibility remains that United can once again supplant City at the top of the table, Javier Hernandez insists that United will fight:
“We will keep fighting because there are two games left.
“The possibility remains for us to win the title.
“Some people say the chance is very low. Some say they are high. But we will keep fighting until the end.”
