Nani is yet to sign a new deal with Manchester United and spoke on potentially moving away from Old Trafford at the start of the summer, but whilst most would have thought Spain or even Italy would have been his likely destination, the Russian side are ready to swoop for the Portuguese star.
The Daily Mail have quoted Spalletti as saying:
“The news about Nani is true, everything will depend on how much players cost because we won’t pay excessive amounts of money.”
Despite their interest, it is unlikely that Nani will head to the current Russian champions. Having stated that he feels he is on the cusp of becoming one of the world’s best players, Nani would undoubtedly want a bigger stage than the Russian league to prove this.
