Norwegian channel TV2 were forced to apologise after airing a graphic that referred to Man City as ‘Sh*tty’.
Prior to Man City’s game with Aston Villa last night, the channel looked at Roberto Mancini’s summer spending this season and made the pun that they have since apologised for after a raft of complaints.
Shouldn’t have to apologise for telling the truth!
Duty Manager Lars Von Raben later told VB that the response to the pun has been mixed with many fans of other teams thinking it was funny.
