Robin Van Persie continued his goal scoring exploits with Holland, grabbing a brace against Romania tonight.

Whilst he might not be amongst the goals at Old Trafford, the Dutchman is still finding the back of the net whilst in Orange having also scored against Estonia last week.

Tonight he took his international record to 34 goals with a looping header and a penalty in Holland’s 4-0 win over Romania.

    Good for United that RVP has got these goals, I think. I believe we should play him at the weekend against Sunderland – I’m not convinced that resting him when he’s rediscoverd his goalscoring touch would be in our interests.
