After joining Manchester United in January, Wilfried Zaha said his priority for the rest of the season was to get Crystal Palace into the Premier League.

Having scored two in the semi final against Brighton, Zaha can say mission accomplished as he saw Crystal Palace into the Premier League.

With the game balanced at 0-0 in extra time the attacker burst into the box, drawing a foul from Marco Cassetti to give Palace a penalty. Kevin Philips converted the resulting penalty to give Palace the win and now the South London side will join Cardiff and Hull in English’s football’s top tier.

Prior to the game Vince Hilaire said that a good performance would put him in contention for a starting place in David Moyes’ team, if thats the case Nani, Valencia and Young should be pretty worried as Zaha showed enough to whet United fans appetites and build anticipation for what lies ahead for the 20 year old next season.
