Speaking at a secondary school in Singapore Cristiano Ronaldo has said that whilst he doesn’t know what the future holds, at the moment he is happy in Spain.

Ronaldo has been heavily linked with a move back to Old Trafford in the near future with some claiming it could even happen this summer. It was believed that the former United player was unhappy with his situation at Real Madrid and that a move to Old Trafford could provide a release.

But Ronaldo has quashed the rumours today claiming that he is happy at Real for now:

“I really miss English football. For me, it was one of the best years in my career when I was there in Manchester United. Everyone knows that. It is the club that is still in my heart and I really, really miss (United).

“But now my life is in Spain, I’m enjoying playing there too. Part of my life is there but the future, we never know but I’m really, really happy in the Spanish league at the moment.”

He’ll stay at Real until his contract expires, then anyone wanting his services will have to pay him a massive signing on fee, and not Real Madrid, so he won’t leave before then!!!!
