Moussa Dembele

Manchester United are said to be looking at Moussa Dembele after the Fulham striker impressed in an u21 outing against United earlier this month.

Dembele, who obviously shares the same name as the Tottenham midfielder, opened the scoring against United in last month’s 2-2 draw and was a handful throughout the night.

According to The Daily Mail, Moyes’ number 2 Steve Round, as well as Phil Neville, were impressed with the 17 year old and are ready to make a move to bring him to Old Trafford:

The Frenchman – who shares a name with the former Cottagers midfielder now plying his trade with Tottenham – impressed during a recent Under 21 clash with United.

David Moyes’ No 2 Steve Round, along with coaches Phil Neville and Nicky Butt, were impressed with the 17-year-old who scored in the 2-2 draw.

Dembele joined Fulham from PSG last year for £274k and having signed a pro contract this summer will command a fee if United choose to move for him or they can attempt to sign him in the summer of 2015 when his current deal ends.
