David Moyes may have yet another issue to deal with after the agent of Rafael and Fabio Da Silva claimed the twins could leave Old Trafford this summer.

Rafael is a key part of United’s team but his brother Fabio has struggled to break into manager Moyes’ plans. With his contract expiring this summer many believe he was set for the exit, but now it appears that both brothers could be on the move.

Speaking to Calciomercato about the possibility of Fabio joining Cardiff, Cassiano Pereira said:

“I do not know anything about these rumours.

“I think that is just media speculation.

“At the moment I can say that they will remain in Manchester until the end of the season, but in summer it is very likely that they can go.”

Whilst Rafael has pledged his future to United, Pereira’s comments will come as a worry given the players that could be leaving Old Trafford already.

The pair joined United together in 2008 but last season were separated for the first time when Fabio joined QPR.

Whilst the pair both claimed that they time apart showed they could both cope not being together, it is patently obvious that two are happiest together so could Fabio’s situation have a bearing on Rafael’s position at the club?
