couldnt be better. does have a mechanical smell to it when used, however my co employee features a dewalt set that smells identical, and after a little of research i found that this is completely traditional. i forget precisely what it is, one thing regarding the means the air passes over the internals or something i think. i c no reason to own any other drill, solely factor ive found is that some bits used to drill holes cant b used with this drill due to the manner bits attach. the bits im concerning are the corkscrew bits (sorry for lack of handy manny terminology) but the spade bits work simply fine. i prefer this method of changing bits anyhow, its easier and faster. and that i love the led light by the bit. NO COMPLAINTS, though i want it came with a battery at a similar value (fat luck)
