  2. RedScot says:

Why would Sir Alex accept 18 million pounds for Dimitar, point me in the direction of a player we can get for the same money as good as Berbatov.
Based on his goal contribution, assists and bringing other players into play, stick with what we have!
Are we planning to half Joe Cole, if he his signing for LeArse, maybe his agent has cloned him, makes sense.Double your money and you take your choice, lucky agent I say, on a Bosman, that’s the cash trousered then.

Fine, we may have overpaid for Berbatov, but it was two years ago now and need to move on. As the Red Scot said, his performce at least merits his current price, so why sell him. Personally, apart from the last few games, I don’t even think last season was all that bad for him and given his style of play would do much better in being given more time to develop chemistry with the team. He has always been a playmaking forward, and his goal return wasn’t much different with Spurs. If that’s the case, why not try and start him regularly and see what happens.

    Silva to Man City, seriously?

Berbatov has been given his chance. He needs to go, we need another striker that actually scores instead of making Rooney do all the work.

who, makes up this stuff. look sliva is going to real madrid its that simple. toure will go to man city, he said he always want to play with his bro. but there not arsenal so maybe he might cum 2 us 2 b more near his bro. i think we need a player like him, an i say give little pea a chance he looks like he is going to be really hot stuff next season

  6. alan says:

if were linked with a player an he is over 27 fergie wont buy anymore , look what has happen with berbatov, if he scored at blackburn we wud of won the league .. but i think he still can hav a chance if he plays more like attacking midfeilder, i now its sounds silly but he has d touch an the passing to open up a back four, but his legs are gone.. so i would love to see the same berbatov what was at spurs. we need a new holding midfeilder, an a creative attacking midfeilder, an i always taught rio f. was coming to the end of his life at man utd. so a new partner 4 vidic would be great , no happy that fergie said he only wants 1 new player, were most us fans now if we want our league back we need 4 players, with i say carrick sold

  7. Dave says:

Well, Berba has been given his chance. the thing is that he failed at crucial moments and for key games. he had the equaliser in his feet against chelsea and failed to connect properly. the had the winner against blackburn. and he missed hatful of chances in the last games. no matter how good he is technically, or how many flicks and passes he can do, the simple fact is that he is not a clutch player. he cannot deliver where we need him most. he cannot get the innner devil out of his belly and kick on when it matters. when the going gets tough it’s the tough who gets going. unfortunately, berba isn’t tough enuff mentally
