I’m telling you, Bebe is not as raw most believe. I firmly believe he needs patience, but I’m expecting he’ll be contributing to our first team earlier than many expect.
I think the nerves of playing on a big stage – which he’s virtually never done, is the larger hurdle than technique. The touch on those goals are no fluke and he has the ability. He even showed in his first ever reserve game that he can cross too.
I would love it if SAF plays him for all the Carling Cup games to really boost his confidence and familiarity on the team.
He is still a young player and he needs time to adapt. Our injuries haven’t helped and he has maybe played more than Fergie wanted. But he has something about him, he does have quality. He just hasn’t had the training at a high level before, so coming to Man Utd will be a shock. Nerves will also be playing a part. Lets be patient with him.

I’ve spent the whole day explaining to people volleying a ball from that height with such accuracy from that angle isn’t luck!
Nerves are indeed a huge factor people forget he is just 20 as well so being thrown into the mix on such a huge stage will definitely play a part.
