The 60s was a good period for Manchester United.

Having rebuilt after the Munich air disaster two league titles, an FA Cup and the European Cup were the reward of the clubs hard work.

Some of the players in that decade were some of our finest ever and in Denis Law, George Best and Sir Bobby Charlton we had the Holy Trinity.

To win all these trophies it required a team effort as well as one thing we all love – goals and a team with Denis Law, Sir Bobby and George Best was not only going to score them in abundance but also spectacularly so enjoy this 2 part video of United’s finest goals from the 60s.

One response to “VIDEO: United’s best goals from the 60s”

  1. Dennis Law, Georgie Best = Legends.
Great goals and great players. We need to score plenty of goals today against Marsille. But our captain might be out.
News…according to reports VIDIC MIGHT BE OUT OF THE MARSILLE TIE. That is sad. Although, I think Sir Alex will get Vidic ready for the game. It is a crucial game and we need him and I’m sure SAF realises that. Again, if you consider Smalling and Brown, they can do a job as well. But I don’t think Brown will play. If at all Vidic doesn’t start, I expect John O’Shea to partner Smalling in the center of defense. Also, we must get our formation right. I think BERBATOV should start because he deserves to. According to me, this is United’s best formation:
