More away day blues?

2 – 0 down after 25 minutes it seemed so but this game was different.

We weren’t playing badly and were only behind due to 2 penalties (one wrongly given). United are never a team to lie down and a flurry of 4 goals in a 20 minute spell set things right at Upton Park.

Rooney got us back into the game on the 65th with a brilliant freekick and the script was written from there. 2 more from the striker and a tap in from Hernandez put United back in the driving seat in the league.

There will be much controversy surrounding the game including penalty decisions, red card decisions and Rooney’s ‘over zealous’ celebration but for me that is all irrelevant; we got the 3 points and like Bolton, this could be one of the games we look back on and reflect as one of the important games of our season.

unreal. we are the best. would like to see berbatov start though, why just 1 striker vs west ham? Berba was class tonight, though not a good sign why he didnt pass to chicharito.. Seriously though – can we start all 3 vs chelsea? i feel like this would guarentee an away goal or 2 without david luiz in there.. and martin atkinson is cup tied as well

Great game it was, but i dont think we should keep getting ourselves in such precarious positions as this time of the season when every result counts. A good team can get you punished
