Manchester United signed off in style today in front of a sun bathed Old Trafford.
With the small matter of raising the trophy to be attended to United went about putting on a show to end the season scoring 4 goals against Blackpool and condemning them to a return back to the Championship.
Blackpool manager Ian Holloway insisted he wouldn’t park the bus and as a result his team conceded 4 goals despite scoring 2 of their own. They even held the lead for a period but United’s quality told as goals from Anderson, an Evatt own goal and Owen added to Park’s opener.
