With the new season weeks away, players are scrambling to be fit.
Pre season is often called one of the worst parts of being a footballer but it seems Tom Cleverley has found a novel way of getting back in shape involving WBA junior welterweight champion Amir Khan.
Still on holiday following his time playing for England’s u21 in Denmark, Cleverley and friends popped into Freddie Roach’s Wildcard gym in Hollywood to see the hall of fame trainer and Khan.
Khan is currently getting ready for a unification bout with Zab Judah but there is no confirmation if Cleverley helped him out with a bit of sparring!
