With the pre season upon us, players all over the country are working hard to get into optimum shape and it’s no different at Manchester United.

As seen in this video United’s stars are ready to defend their title and will be using the pre season to strengthen not only their bodies but their minds.

Looks to be working after last night’s 4-1 victory in Boston!
