We’ve all seen some naughty penalties.

Totti’s chipped ones were class, the Johan Cryuff/Jesper Olsen one is still memorable even if it was borrowed from a Belgium man called Rik Coppens who did it first in 1957 with André Piters, the viral video of the Icelandic man doing the somersault penalty that hit the net this year was impressive and although not being particularly spectacular Owen Hargreaves effort against Chelsea in the 2008 Champions League final penalty shoot out will always be a personal favourite.

But this has to join the list of impressive penalties as Awana Diab scored a backheeled penalty for the UAE against Lebanon, no description needed just watch!

The one I kind of liked in the sense that I was actually furious he attempted it was young Anderson’s in the 2008 CL final. Smashed it right through the middle! It was also sudden death then I think! If he had missed, I would have chased him down and killed him!
