Liverpool crashed out of the NextGen competition earlier this week, getting hammered 6-0 by Ajax.
Central to Ajax’s win was apparent United target Viktor Fischer. The 17 year old scored twice against Barcelona in the quarter finals and was on hand to hit a hat trick past a decent Liverpool side in the semi finals.
The young Dane has been linked with United this season, like country man Christian Eriksen, and if United are interested he did his chances no harm as he played a part in 5 of Ajax’s 6 goals.
