It appears injuries aren’t exclusive to our back line as the curse has befallen midfielder .

The Japanese midfielder has been adamant  that he needs to improve in order to thrive at , but will have to wait 4 weeks to do so after being sidelined with a knee injury.

Kagawa appeared to be in some discomfort after a challenge in Tuesday’s game against Braga at and was withdrawn at half time.

Whilst some thought it was just precautionary, it has been revealed today by that Kagawa had infact suffered a similar knee injury to ’s:

“It’s a knee injury similar to the one had, I think playing on with the injury did not help.

“It’s disappointing.”

On a brighter note Sir Alex confirmed is now back in full training, whilst will start training on Monday.
