Whilst Bebe is enjoying his time in Portugal with Rio Ave, he has set his sights on returning to Old Trafford and forging a career with Manchester United.
Bebe has been on loan since January and in that time endeared himself to fans with a goal against Maritimo in the Portuguese League Cup to send his side into the knockout stages, as well as being named as man of the match as Rio Ave beat Sporting Lisbon 2-1 at the weekend.
Whilst Bebe wants to help the 5th place side as much as he can, the 22 year old is very clear that his target remains returning to Old Trafford and making his name for Manchester United as he told A Bola:
“I’m feeling very good and so I hope to continue to do well with good reports, so I can realise the ambition of returning to Manchester.
“I feel like I helped the team, but everyone was important. Here I feel important because I can play regularly.
“I hope to keep in shape, keep helping Rio Ave until the end of the season and return to Manchester United, which is my club.”
