Mancini miserable
The title race is far from over, but with Manchester United 12 points ahead Sir Alex Ferguson is rightly odds on to bring the title back to Old Trafford.

The two Manchester sides continue to scrap it out on and off field with Sir Alex warning Roberto Mancini to cut out the mind games, whilst continually insisting that he expects to City to drop even more points.

With Man City so far behind in the title race and out of Europe, Mancini’s job is apparently in the balance and it is looking like it’s starting to take it’s toll on the Italian.

Speaking exclusively in the Guardian today, Mancini spoke on a number of issues including the points gap between the two sides and he has pinpointed where exactly United have the edge, Robin Van Persie.

The striker is still a sore point for Mancini and he had this to say about the Dutchman joining United over City:

“This is the difference, only this. We are missing 10 to 15 goals.

“We score those goals and it’s worth another eight or nine points.

“And Van Persie is a United player.”
