There have been rumours aplenty on Twitter this evening that Sir Alex Ferguson is considering his position as Manchester United manager, with some saying the club is due to make an announcement this week.
With United reclaiming the title from rivals Man City in such fashion, as well as rumours of Sir Alex undergoing hip surgery and David Moyes’ odds being slashed, things are getting quite nervy for United fans.
The Telegraph have been at the forefront of the rumours and it looks like they will be leading with the story tomorrow:
At 24, Sir Alex is the only United manager I’ve know and there are plenty of fans in this position too. It is a situation we will eventually have to face but honestly having just won the title and being on a high this deflating!

I would prefer that ole gunnar solskjaer to replace sir alex ferguson but would like that sir alex remain one or two year more and gave us the champion league trophy because of team we have with young talent only sir alex would know how to guide and motivate them to win trophies.
