Jonny Evans isn’t relaxing having picked up his 3rd league winner’s medal, instead the Northern Ireland international is targeting more.
Evans has now equalled the number of league medals won by John Terry and Frank Lampard, and with years ahead of him the 25 year is likely to eclipse their number.
With the likes of Ryan Giggs around, Evans has a shining example of hard work matching talent and he is keen to follow his team mates lead:
“It is my third Premier League medal but it is insignificant compared to what some of the other lads have achieved.
“There are guys in there on five and six. Ryan has 13. That is the driving force here. People say I have won three.
“But I want to be up there with the best of them and I am sure there are a lot more in the squad who feel like that.”
