Barcelona have confirmed that Manchester United target Thiago Alcantara will be undergoing pre season training with the club.
The midfielder has been heavily linked with Manchester United this summer, but as of writing no move has been made by the club.
The 22 year old has reportedly set his heart on leaving the Nou Camp in search of first team football, but as of now he will undergo pre season training with the Catalan club as confirmed by a spokesman for the club.
Toni Freixa told Radio Catalunya:
“We have the players we have and Thiago is one of them. Pre-season with us begins as scheduled.”
With United heading to Asia in the coming days for the first leg of their pre season tour, it is looking unlikely that Thiago will be heading out with the team.

If there’s one thing i hate united for, its united’s unambition in the transfer market… You have a player of thiago’s calibre at your grabs yet you wouldn’t sign him up… Moyes and the glazers must be freaking crazy if they let him go.
I think moyes is too dull for my liking,he knows the areas that nids to be strengthened and he is doing nothing about it,he is jst like his predecessor. I pray he goes far dis season.
