Kondogbia vs Manchester United

Having been linked with moves to Manchester United and Real Madrid, Sevilla midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia claims he may not finish the season in Andalusia.

Kondogbia impressed in his debut season for the Spanish club after joining from Lens last summer, and was part of the France squad that emerged victorious at the u20 World Cup in Turkey this summer.

With Moyes on the hunt for a midfielder, after getting a first hand view of the midfielder last Friday at Rio Ferdinand’s testimonial it’s been reported that United will attempt to move for the 20 year old and the club will be encouraged by his latest comments.

Speaking ahead of France’s tie with Belgium, Kondogbia said:

“Today I’m still a Sevilla player, and I will prepare with them for the new season.

“Things could happen, but for now I have just heard the good news at being selected for France.

“It is difficult to know if I will be at Sevilla this season, it is true things can still happen.”

News Flash to our foreign United friends ….. None of these players or Moyes ever reads Man Utd weblogs …. they aren’t going to base their decisions on the club on your own personal wishes. If you want to talk about football with the rest of us and can speak English you’re very welcome but I suggest you make more of an effort to say something interesting or show some deeper knowledge rather than just make these throwaway and frankly boring ‘please sign’ the latest player rumoured by the media to be on United’s radar type comments.

Mr jimmymac62. As a united fan i won’t say i’m not abit concern with the clubs aproach to tranfers this season, i mean united is too big a club to beg any player to join. In view of that the manager should be supported and be given time to add the right kind of player to the already good team. I can understand why those fans are corcerned.
