Fellaini vs Norwich

This morning we reported on United’s failed £28m bid to sign Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines, a move that is said to have angered Everton who considered the double bid offensively off the mark.

Here is a photo of the letter that Everton’s Deputy Chairman John Woods is said to have sent to Ed Woodward in response to the bid, clearly outlining the Merseyside club’s stance:

It’s authenticity is yet to be confirmed but if real, Everton do not expect United to return with further bids for the player.

Moyes and woodward are nothing but pain in the ass, with the amount of money the bid 4 fellain and bainess proves that they dont deserve to be at man utd, dont think they can sign any potential name.

Neither of these players are good enough for United. Baines got 5 goals and 5 assists last season and I hear some people banging on about him being the most creative full back in europe. My ar*e! Seeing as he is the set piece taker at Everton that stat is extremely poor. He wouldnt get within an asses roar of taking a free kick if he played for us. I for one am hoping this is just a smoke screen and we will buy one or two proper players. Baines is nowhere near as good as Evra.

U dick ur not getting baines evra not fit enough to clean his boots l,,, u cqn have fellanii 4 30mill if not FUCK OFF

      • funky says:

No bender I dont want your dross, you can keep your shit players. Fellaini had a 22m buy out clause but nobody activated it. Why?? Because nobody thought he was worth it. And they were right. Baines is the most overrated player since Andy Carroll. Hes not good enough for the big time. They may be worth 100m to everton, but they’re only worth 10m to anybody else. #2ndrateplayers

Evra not fit to clean baines boots!
Ur a complete and utter tit my friend who seems to know jack shit about football.

    • dicko says:

What an a**e you are, for a start, get your facts right, he created the most chances than ANY player in europe, his assists were what they were because no-one put them away, he is far and away better than Evra. you are very welcome to dithering Dave, no one wants to sign for you now, I fancy this is the start of a very slippery slope, you will be begging Fergie to come back by xmas

        Typical scouse retard

      • funky says:

Get my facts right?? They are right. He scored 5 goals and 5 assists. Sooooo very impressive. Hes so good that he only got in the England squad cos Wayne Bridge couldnt be arsed anymore and retired from international football! If he created more chances than anyone else in Europe and only got 5 assists they had to be piss poor chances. About 3 inches too high or a couple feet too far in front or behind his strikers! If hes so good why didnt he make the European team of the Year?? You can keep your sh1te ya fool!
Nobody wants to sign for us? Modric?
United on the slide? Not in your wettest of dreams!
Enjoy Championship football next season. Martinez already has the toffee packers looking like wigan!!

What ever your smoking m8 have you got any left?

  3. Angu says:

Strongly agree cant see Baines replace Evra, am scared time is running out for us to sign potential midfielders to me ithink we need at least two, when will moyes and woodward act quickly and stop dithering?

    • funky says:

I share your concerns about woodward. Putting so much public effort into signing the impossible (Fabregas) and then putting in a bid for those two jokers from Goodison is a big worry. Personally I dont think we will bring anybody else in this summer. I would prefer that than panicking and buying any more players that simply arent good enough to play for United.

      • Pedro says:

Those two jokers destroyed you last season lad! You only won the league because we finished cities challenge.can’t wait till you come to Goodson again

  4. prince adegoroye says:

Forge about fallaini and baines. Get us modric or ozil. We have evra and buttner. United need greative mildfilder

  5. Angu says:

To me cabaye is better than fellain, wenger has already offered 10 million£ dont think slow movers woodward or moyes saw him.

  6. ChrisW says:

These lowball offers are a waste of time and time is running out. And we don’t need Baines given how well Evra is playing.

Just bid £20m for Fellaini and be done with it, or buy Kodogbia for £17m.

We don’t need a big name signing. Save the money for Ronaldo next summer.

Please accept this leter ……… I know things are bad in Liverpool but . Letter would of been spelt correctly . Its a fake .

    • BlueBob says:

I know things are bad in Trafford but “would of” should be “would have”…

      • funky says:

I agree BlueBob. The recent (wrong) use of “would of” instead of “would have” or “would’ve” which is probably what they are trying to say, is pretty annoying. This so called “text speak” is making the kids as dumb as fcuk. You should see some of their ridiculous views on football!!

      • siteired says:

I am not claiming to be Jon Woods , Deputy Chairman of Everton FC . If the letter is genuine . It only backs up the point about Liverpool . No one ever employed me for writing skills . The whole point of this is the content of the letter . Ok Troll .

  8. Khumzy says:

Davie Pliz bring one big name this summer, everton stars can’t fit scolles n evra shoes

  9. Mufc says:

Moyes tells every one “signings are on the way” so why not just what instead of getting emotional about the situation

  10. Ermias says:

Andres inseta is the only player who substitute Poul schols at oldtraford, Baines and Fellani will not bring a significant result on the club.
