Choose Wayne…

The shortlist for north west player of the year has been released and as expected Wayne has been given the chance to add to his PFA and FWA awards.

Following the season he had, I think it’s pretty plain as day he should win but I’m a United fan so they’ll probably say I’m being biased.

We as the fans have been given the chance to vote so let’s make sure Wayne get’s the recognition he deserves by ensuring he picks up the gong.

There’s a decent list of competition but really this should be a no brainer:

Bolton Wanderers – Chung-Yong Lee
Burnley – Graham Alexander
Everton – Leighton Baines
Liverpool – Pepe Reina
Manchester City – Carlos Tevez
Manchester United – Wayne Rooney
Wigan Athletic – Charles N’Zogbia
