Adnan Januzaj wants to star for United's first team

Manchester have a history of producing and developing talent.

There is a long list of talented players that have called home at some point in their young careers, and is keen to add his name to the roll call.

The 18 year old was signed from Belgian giants Anderlecht to much fanfare, and is showing why he was so highly rated with impressive performances for the u21s, despite still being elegible for the u18s.

Ferguson has spoken highly of the attacker saying,

“He has good balance, good acceleration and is a very good technical player. He and , of the younger players, are at the top.”

And whilst he was delighted to be singled out by the boss, he’s focusing on fulfiling his potential and starring for United’s first team as he told Inside United:

“I came here to do something and focus on my football. I may be in the Under-21s but it’s good to try and get in the first team even when you’re 18 as well. I would love to go on tour with the first team but we’ll see. I have just got to keep going.”
